Five weekly classes and a course for beginners

Which class is for me?

If you're not sure, ask at the desk or drop us an email. Here's a rough guide.

  1. You've never done yoga

Start with the Beginner Foundations course, or come to Slow Flow on a Tuesday. Both go at an easy pace and leave plenty of time for questions.

  2. You want to wake up properly

Sunrise Flow is an hour of steady, warming movement, and you'll be out by eight with time for breakfast.

  3. You sit at a desk all day

Lunch Reset with Leo is forty-five minutes of mobility for hips, backs and shoulders. You won't need a shower afterwards.

  4. You're tired, stressed or sore

Restorative Evening and Saturday Yin are slow and well propped. You'll spend most of the class lying or sitting, and that's the point.
